Geronimo started from the land owner perspective. Our founder grew up farming and still actively farms with his family today. Therefore, we have a particular affinity for land owners and view them as true partners in each development that we pursue. Along that line, Geronimo remains flexible in how it partners with land owners. We are open to all types of structures that create a win-win situation for all parties.
